The Michael Kamen Solo Award Application

 

The following pages will take you through the entire grant application for the Michael Kamen Solo Award. Please read the information below before starting.

• The application consists of several sections, with one section per page.

• Finally, please double-check your application prior to final submission. Our staff and review board process a large number of applications each year, and your chances of a timely and positive review depend on the thoroughness and accuracy of your answers.
