Working with the Boston Pops, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Houston Symphony and Los Angeles Philharmonic, this program creates a unique educational opportunity that spans the school year and provides students with new opportunities to explore and expand their interest in music. The donation of hundreds of musical instruments to these music programs is the first step in achieving our goals.
The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation identifies qualified schools to participate in FutureStage and provides them with new instruments to help them get the most out of the program. To date, 15,000 students at the following 64 schools have been impacted by 1,220 donated instruments:
